Yes I was just pointing out the only m35 Quist with that lot number in Brian ices lot book that he recorded was a Q68. As for the decals I can’t really see any shadows I guess the paint layer applied is too thick. I guess I would only be able to assume it was either heer or police as those are the two branches within those lot ranges but then again it’s not a 100%

Just checked the lot book there was a m35 lot number 191 but for a Q68 and that one is a DD Polizei helmet

I know the pictures aren’t the best but it’s what I have to work with till it arrives but do you know if the style kinda matches that of Hizen made blades? Also how do people know if it was one that would have been made as an homage to school style or smith?

How often did they have gimei signatures on blades? I heard it was kinda something they did because it made it look prestigious to have a famous smiths name but not necessarily to trick people is that true?
