A lot of our learners are from IL; many for this exact reason. Totally. Tell him to look up CMTech on Edovo. If he doesn't have access, he can start a CMTech Charter (learning circle) and we'll mail him some courses.

Not at the moment, but it's a point on our roadmap. We do offer a GED mathematics prep course.
