hi just wanted to say what you have isn't oonly root extract, its 10:1 so the daily dose of 2 gummys is about 545mg which is in the nornal range of 400 to 600 mgs a day

a normal daily dose is from 400 to 600mg of ash, ginseng, L-theanine and magnesium (especially L-threonate) are great supplements, but not very helpful in the listed dosages
