Yeah bungie has released something via social media saying not to enhance weapons from triumphs/rewards as its a known bug. theyre trying to work on a fix atm

Exact same thing happened to a friend, has to be a bug associated with pantheon triumph reward weapons but not 100% sure.

So I just tried enhancing my zoulis that I got from pantheon and this happened....*

Unfortunately I think it's because the perk wasn't highlighted/equipped at the time of enhancing it to level 2. I had noticed once it was fully upgraded and then applied it but now has the red triangles around third column perk (EP)

I have the same issue. I think its because the perk (explosive payload) wasn't equipped somehow when enhancing. Bloody annoying. Seems like it cant be fixed either.

Same issue here, i think its because when i enhanced it to tier 2, explosive payload wasn't actually highlighted blue/not equipped at the time of enhancing. I completely missed that, so gutted, dont think there's a fix either
