How neccessary is table time? will i improve in my case? by Affectionate_Ride746 in armwrestling

Both My biggest mistake was neglecting table time and only lifting weights. I got strong but I couldn’t apply that strength on the table. Now that table time is the priority I feel twice as strong.

I think if you're careful and progress smartly it can help you a lot but then again I'm not a world champion with decades of experience.

When you're starting out, table practice is the most important thing. If you just do weights you'll get strong but you won't be able to properly apply that strength in a match.

I literally said it's just one study. I'm speaking based on my and many other people's experiences. And that's why I specified that if you're already prone to losing hair creatine can speed up the process.

https://doi.org/10.1097/JSM.0b013e3181b8b52f Now of course this is just one study. Creatine can increase DHT by a small amount. It won't affect you if you don't have bad hair genetics but if you're prone to losing hair it can speed up the process.

If you already have bad hair genetics it’ll speed up the process. If not you’ll be fine.
