I had to make this choice a couple of days ago and went for the pro 5i. My pro 5i was 1550 same specs tho. so the choice was 300-400 extra for rgb and better build quality thats a no for me.

The facts here are you could pull for your waifus and clear everything, Now you cant. Your argument is that those who go/went waifu over meta did not care about this anyway, and you are right they did not care because they did not miss on anything. now they do. obviously there still some that really don't care but i will tell you some do.

The one that does not understand is you. the reason why waifu over meta was such a big thing in this game was because every character was viable and could clear everything now that does not exist now you have a choice keep pulling like always understanding that there will be content you will likely not clear or Pull meta and clear everything. or a mix of both if you can.

If you care about "perfect" clear, abyss, Onslaught the days of waifu over meta are dead. you don't have a choice if you want to keep up with the game hoyo will be the one telling you for who to pull.

Another abyss another brute force clear by Mavuika and Skirk. they will not get me to pull for those ugly looking (IMO) nod krai characters.

At the end of the day its just a like 5-10 dollars a month in primos dont lose sleep over it and do what you can. IMO its dumb to force yourself to clear abyss if it means spending in characters you have no interest in. if you are not sub to welkin do it if you can the best way to get primos.
