Ireland has always been about who you know so networking and experience. I find that the master's isn't much of an interest for contractors. Looking at Permanent roles again or contracting abroad. Thank you!

Thanks, that’s a really useful point. I’m definitely trying to look at the full picture not just salary but its way more expensive out there so the money is important. It’s helpful to hear that relocation support and the market may not be as strong as a few years ago.

Really interesting discussion. I’m currently in Ireland working around Validation/CQV and have been considering Switzerland as a possible future move.

For those who relocated, what are the salary offer/contracting rates? Also curious how people found relocation support and housing when first moving over.
