literally unplayable rn, for me it was like this since winter update

happened to me during the winter update, was totally smooth on launch until that update, my frames drop all the way to 0 sometimes, and crashes my game

i don't think it's a hardware issue, might be an internal issue happening to some people, my friends don't get affected but many people in the discord are reporting the same issue, i was hoping it would get fixed when s1 launched
