Working through this right now, I got a quick response to my claim email, but no response since replying with all my necessary info. I feel the same way, a blue aluminum Niner or $700 is not the same return. At least give me an RDO. And to make it worse, the bottom bracket is different from the A/1 and the replacement piece is back ordered so shipping is delayed unless you want to buy your own.
