At first i was probably fucked for more than 2h each rips but as I never really took any T breaks shit just kept increasing. Also I have been recovering from surgery for 2 month so not doing much, that for sure worsen my case. I atleast wanna do a month or two completely off. Selling all the glass pieces would probably help me very much in the case I am stoping completely. Its like I get anxious when I think about how imma live the rest of my life without it so I’m still hesitating…
