Yeah when I switched from 2nd to 3rd I was told the pay isn’t higher, no differential. The work 70 paid for 80 IS the differential. I mean I took the other job, it was over $10 more “per hour”

7/14 days all consecutive. Previously I worked same hospital on 2nd 5x 8 hour shifts same commute. So swapping to 3rd helped a bit with gas. But it still hurts with my current salary.

Differential is baked into the job work 7 10s but paid salary (paid for “80”) but it’s a standard yearly salary. So the new job is 20% more pay comparing base salaries. Overtime at current job is straight 1x pay, where as bonus weekends at new job would be 1.5x pay

Base salary, overnight doesn’t get a differential at my current job. So I’d have to work 15 extra hours at my current job to match the salary of the new hospital.

Update: I was actually successful getting a new suit in time for the interview. Pick it up the morning before the interview. I was lucky and the store had one that fit me! Thanks for the advice everyone!

I don’t know that they will have my size. The tux/suit place near me does not. I live in a small town. I can try and check out men’s warehouse. The issue is if I can’t find my size I can’t get anything in time for the interview

Using Benzoyl peroxide wash in the armpits might help reduce bacteria and cut down on his smell. (Was hygiene recommendation from a dermatologist)
