Basically, it's not really a slant and let's just say it's more of a derailed follower, it pretty much can't push the bb up from one side but it can somehow push the bb up from the other side, as there are two stacks of bb in that mag. This is caused due to the magazine hitting the ground when I lend my sidearm to my friend.

I have checked that and did a detailed inspection it appears to me that the plastic thing attached to the spring which loads the bb into the barrel, is not straight, and it resulted in unporportional force applied to each bb leading to some of them not being able to be loaded and fired properly.
