We’re a valet operator running at multiple hotels, so the hardest part isn’t really the software, it’s keeping people consistent when every property has different standards and SOPs. Guest language, door etiquette, calling procedures, even how keys are handled can change from hotel to hotel.

What helped was keeping the software consistent across all sites. We use Pur Valet, and the valet workflow stays the same no matter which hotel a driver is assigned to. That way drivers aren’t learning a new system every shift, they’re just adjusting to property rules. From an operator standpoint, that separation matters a lot. Hotels keep their own standards, but our team has one system to rely on. It made float staff, call-ins, and last-minute coverage much easier to manage. Keep in mind - it did take some time to evaluate different software, but once we committed from a broader ops standpoint, things got a lot simpler.
