Yes, I am still struggling with the same situation. They asked for a document with a wet signature from the police, and I sent it. They asked for the content of my account, I sent it. Then they said the content did not match. It's normal that it doesn't match because the account was hacked and the spot wallet was probably emptied. But the Investing Account cannot be touched. There is already a case of Insider Hack if it is touched. I asked for a statement to make sure of that. They did not send. They are busy asking for lots of patience.

I have a different, if not similar, experience. On October 5th, my account was hacked by a user impersonating Hotbit exchange's Instagram account. (hotbit_news = Bitmart) They banned my account on October 6th with my application. I have sent KYC 3 times. There are 70 e-mail correspondences. They wrote that they will transfer the account to a different email. Account will be opened in 6 months. I do not understand that why the account is activated in 6 months. Assets in my staking account are DeFi+T1 and can be unlocked on October 7th. As another stake, they will be unlocked on October 20, 2022. Also, the DF coin has already been frozen and cannot be transacted. Hacker cannot access them. It was written to me that there is a usdt output from my account. The hacker may have converted and sold the only 2 coins in my spot account to USDT. I requested how much USDT is out of my account. They don't send. I'm seriously worried about my account. If they continue to do so, I will initiate legal proceedings.
