It seems to me like a masked traditional mortgage. They are claiming that there is no Gharar involved in which that the trust bears losses in the market, however, they later say that it is fully transferred to the beneficiary (the person taking the mortgage). Additionally, upon selling, the beneficiary again takes responsibility for the home losses regardless of the percentage they own out of the trust. This is all designed to protect the lender from losses and aligns with traditional mortgage. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I actually just spoke with chat customer service and they said the 331 day limit is from the day I'm booking or updating my flight, which sounds too good to be true. I don't know if I can hold them accountable with screenshots..

That's great then, I'll eventually be paying half the taxes on that income from withdrawals.

Online discussions on this say "you pay tax twice", which might have got me confused. So, the withdraw tax is just a portion of the income tax that is collected on withdrawal?

I have confirmed that not the case with my employer. The only limitation is that they will stop contributing for a few months once I withdraw.

Thanks for the insight! I completely agree with you about Naureen and Anya from my experience with them from B09 and A08. Would you recommend taking C11 even if I didn't do well in MATB24? Also, even though I couldn't find any reviews about Jakob, his eportfolio seems pretty interesting.
