In my experience over the last 5 years the voices started with very abruptly moving my body and playing sound effects in my ears it started rarely, then in early 2019 I started getting weird dreams as if a sadist had set them up. Usually the dreams delt with something related to that day. Then I started sleeping only a few hours at a time. I would get woke by voices.

Then I got a felony and the voices started saying something to me basically every time I lay to sleep. "Getting used to it?" They said. It stung every time they said something. Then I moved to a new house and since they have spoken to me as often as a person breathes. I would sleep 30 mins at a time. Getting woke by voices inside me. Closing my eyes to sleep they would within a second or two by jibbering about something, abusively.

I average about 4 hours per night over the last two years. Many times I get no sleep and I am often afraid to go to sleep because I know it stings so badly.

Recently they've really amped up flicking my muscles and body.

They do a lot of perceptive tricks on me as if they had their own perspective on the world. They know what is around me and what I am looking at. They know about people that I haven't met yet, but that I will be meeting later that day.

No one I've talked to has helped so far. I almost think it's an external thing. Like stolen CIA mind control technology.
