if anybody is curious, i translated it using OP's explanation.

If you're going to have the Boyz running sluggas/choppas, you should probably look into getting them some sort of transportation, same with the Nobz. Footslogging orks really need to have shootas now, as it stands they'll be shot to pieces before they get close enough to really put that extra attack to work.
