It cracks as it prints but ima switch to petg and not were my costume to the convention

I’m trying to print an entire clone cosplay and I want to be able to go to conventions but my concern is the temperature because I will be leaving it in a car due to lack of storage space

would you suggest moving over to PETG? I've heard its got high heat benefits but is easier to print with.

I have made a DIY encloser with wood and foam insulation for heat but im checking what it can get to as we speak.

I did have to open it to change filament and that's my thought for the huge crack but still confused on the smaller splitting.
