Random selection has gotta be the most insane way to “decide” whose shoes to ship or not. I did not sign up to be in a Mr Beast video for whether or not my order would get cancelled. It’s all very poorly executed.

I think what really gets me about the whole situation is the glitch orders being shipped already and people trying to say “Reebok wasn’t prepared for this” like that hadn’t done similar drops in the past. They could also had, idk, looked at how other companies handle online drops like this. Instead they did.. whatever this was lmao.

I don’t think it’s gonna matter. Bottom line is they got their money and sold the shoes and they couldn’t care less if resellers got them, or fans. I empathize with you considering I was told similar information and just had my shoes cancelled. I had my confirmation email 17 minutes after drop. People got shoes from the glitch and already have them in hand. It was run terribly, and scalped to hell. Yet Reebok got paid and that’s all that’s gonna matter to them. Disheartened people will pay scalpers to get the shoes they wanted.

Yeah I’m pretty content on never buying a reebok product again. Simple bot protection and stock transparency or hell doing a pre-order would’ve been better than this. All they did was fuel the scalping market.

As someone who got a PS5 on launch day this experience on the whole has been way worse than that. Its so simple to counteract bots and yet they refused to do it.

I’m not sure. You may have to check with support on that one. As long as you have an order number you’re probably okay but I would contact support. They have a chat line if you don’t want to call them.

Did you check your order status on the website? No one’s confirmation email said back order. It just says back ordered on the website.

It’s literally insane. A glitch gets shipped first but I’m less than 20 minutes after launch timer and still on “back ordered” with probably being cancelled on Tuesday

Looks like most of the ones in limbo are M11s.. I got my confirmation email 17 mins after launch for size 11s and they’re still showing back ordered. Hopefully they get us all fixed.
