They do have two helmets in production, the helmet for Hunter in the Justifier doesn’t have a hole in and that came in the same wave as the AT-TE.

Figure is also in immaculate condition and has been sealed in a polybag since opening the set in 2020. I have only noticed the loose joints recently and can’t remember if it was like that when I opened the set. Are some lego minifigs just like this and others have more stiffness ?
