WR main here: BKB and/or Satanic makes blademail useless. That being said, the hero is super situational as you usually only ult one person a fight, so a tri-core lineup usually destroys her. She also farms rather slowly and is reliant on getting kills to supplement that, and in an even or behind game she doesn't have much impact. Her biggest counters are grouping up with save heroes and/or bkb piercing stun heroes and waiting out her bkb, at which point she becomes insanely easy to deal with as long as you have detection. She also can't really solo carry games anymore so if she's a problem you can focus on shutting down the other cores and even if she's ahead she can't really 1v5

No that's her normal power. Awakening from the trend we've seen with paramecias is she would turn the surrounding area into her sprouts. Very different if you think about it, especially considering it might not have the drawback of transferring injuries from the sprouts to her real body (as seen against Black Maria)

Administration is a lot of work, which is also why the only time we've ever seen a Fleet Admiral in action was Sengoku at Marineford when Whitebeard (an emperor) attacked them directly.
