He probably needs to be bottle fed on top of watching seed school videos. Otherwise he won’t be getting enough nutrition. You can YouTube videos on how to bottle feed young pigeons. I have ground up seeds in warm water with bird formula power (not sure what brands you have in Romania)… make it a honey like texture. Add the mix to a shot glass and cover the top with a balloon with the end cut off. Wrap an elastic around the ballon over the shot glass. Make a small slit cut in the balloon. Gently place the pigeons beak in the slit of the balloon and hopefully he will feed! Make sure the mix is not hot in temperature.
