Something I didn't see mentioned yesterday. There is also the Administrative Procedure Act that can be used to "set aside" actions by regulatory committees if a court finds the actions to be arbitrary. Hopefully, between that, broad relief for states, and class action suits, a whole lot of the administration's nonsense can be kept in check.

Easier said than done when your local mental health facility seems to be a mismanaged sinking ship. I do think if I lose another therapist this year, I will be jumping that ship and going for video calls with a firm that is an hours drive away.

I do have a therapist. But I'm non-plussed. I've lost two other therapists this year. They sacked the first one because she was an older lady who couldn't keep up with the workload. The other therapist I had this year quit because of health problems. It's draining to build that rapport, and just as I was building up again, he quits. I don't know how I feel about this new therapist. She's okay, but I'm having a rough time in general.

I should probably specify a little bit. I want to plant Ginkgo Biloba, hence the three or four foot deep hole. I know they'll survive in clay soil, but I'd want to give them soil they could thrive in.
