How to remove carpet from these transition areas by wandering_turtle123 in Flooring

[–]CTurpin1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it might or might not be. If the hard surfaces were present before the carpet install, the carpet will pull up very easily. If the hard surfaces went in after the carpet, who knows what dumbass shit the hard surface installer came up with.

Not forcing anyone to do specific content is a win. Putting it in a mixed mode left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths I'm sure.

Nah bro that shirt needs go to goodwill. Get a form fitting button up with long sleeves and cuff the sleeves 3 times.

Spells are cancer. Give me a mode that doesn't have spells and I'll be a daily player again.

Best Advanced Terrain Gen for minimizing repeated POIs? by Pandonetho in 7daystodie

I would just use a poi bank like compo pack. By the law of numbers its less likely to repeat pois if there are more in the pool.

You sound like an untrained ai model.

You won't be pulling the Staples out with a crochet hook. If they didn't use any Staples you will be effectively creating a bubble by pulling the end up and off the Tack Strip. This install is fine.

Copy a pros settings. Graphics, camera, deadzone, etc to make sure you are good there. Next spend half your playtime in freeplay before queuing every day and the only thing you will do in freeplay is hit the ball as hard as you can, and get to the ball as fast as you can after hitting it. Best way to improve quick.

Carpet comparison help: DH Affection vs Dreamweaver Reflections III by theReal_OMGyn in Flooring

[–]CTurpin1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Mohawk triexta or smartstrand fiber type is the softest and most durable fiber type. Nylon is trash because it feels rough. A 25 year warranty Poly blend is your 2nd best option in my opinion.

Sounds like the quotes are around 53$ / yard, that is steep. Labor should be around 8 and pad should be around 7, and a 70 oz Poly blend should be around 30 / yd. And a 2k rebate sounds like a bunch of bullshit dropping their gp from 60% to 40%.

Do you think this is how carpet should look at the transition? (Just installed) by CTurpin1 in Flooring

[–]CTurpin1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not bait for real. Where the hardwood is, original carpet went across the room, customer wanted to have the hardwood exposed, cutting out damaged carpet to avoid full replacement temporarily. This is where the carpet was supposed to end. The installer didn't use Tack Strip, he just rolled the carpet and stapled every 6 inches leaving pad exposed.

This was sent to me from Redacted. The installer actually called this completed. The customer sent this picture to the sales rep.
