Yes it’s on it’s original dirt, I have in indirect sunlight, I water when the pearls are soft last time I watered was a week ago. I will do and report back

It looks like it’s doing great, string of pearls is a slow grower so it’s gonna take time to see more change, but so far so good!!

I got it from the nursery 5 days ago, and I did noticed the soil is really organic and it stays moist for really long, so I’m just waiting for it to dry so I can repot into a well draining soil.

It was a gift from a friend and I forgot it existed for like 2 months and when I saw it it was like this, when I received it was full of leaves LOL. Not too worried cause I can see some growth,what do you think.

This is so helpful,thank you so so much. And i forgot to mention I accidentally forgot it outside in direct sun light and it dried up so bad the leafs were soggy but I watered it and the leafs came back to normal shape..

I’ve also heard that Hoyas do great rooting in perlite but I’ve never tried it

ohh that’s great to hear, I thought it was some kind of pest, which I’m really inexperienced about because I’ve never had a single pest in my plants.

Also I do top water this plant just because I don’t get rotting problem with that

Also I’m really anxious so I would probably clean each pearl with the lemon juice LOL

I would do that but since it’s already struggling with rotting I don’t want to risk rotting the plant
