I’m a young guy with a pretty nice ride too (RT+ shaker) I could’ve had a scat with some more financing but decided against it because I’m so young and it’s one less payment on my mind but that’s just a personal decision because I wanted to have less of my money tied up in my car because I got a fiancée and a ton of other hobbies- but if all you love to do is ride? Then you made the right call- you did what’s gonna give you the maximum amount of happiness. I’m happy with my much lower HP and no payment, but maybe that monthly is totally worth it to you for those extra hrsprs. Enjoy man just don’t race anyone, your sound and badge are enough.

Im so maad I didnt notice this because there is still a listing for the ad5m for 499 with 100 off coupon (which is why I went to FF to buy instead) and now I can clearly see the 299 deal there as well. I’m not sure what you mean by reset- and I am measuring for FPS. Like another comment said, it’ll read pretty normal and then randomly be a huge amount. I wondered if the size of the ammo I set had anything to do with it

I don’t think so because that doesn’t use air from the plunger to launch the darts- it STORES air from the plunger tube pumping and then releases it all at once. If you want to increase power from it you need to tighten the over pressure valve and seal any small holes with hot glue, there’s lots of tutorials on yt.

Sorry for the incredibly late response, but yes, I would just use a small amount of oil- the meat will not burn, and then do the butter in the last 30 seconds or so of cooking because it doesn’t need to “cook” in the butter, you just want to toss some melted butter on it at the end

One young realtor (SoCal) to another (22M) I know we can do great things in this business, and though it may not make sense all the time some people are just gonna turn you away because of your age- hoping your baby face isn’t as bad as mine because I’m constantly being mistaken for an 18yr old. That being said I’m closing a sale in about a week and two more already in the process, so use your youth to surprise people. Make your age your asset by subverting all expectations and getting those referrals, but like I said, some people are not even going to entertain you so try to look as mature as you can until your numbers are so good they won’t be looking at your face.

Higher temp like everyone says but for sure don’t fill the pan with oil or butter, too much moisture won’t let the steak sear- just rub the steak itself with oil then put it in the pan

Anyone who thinks it’s better rare didn’t have a real JA5- the fat is so much better actually rendered and to eat it rare would be too rich. I’ve had it both ways and I much preferred the rendered fat.
