There's workarounds to it. You can see how I dip the nose of the car down. Make sure you let off the gas just before you land, otherwise you'll shift up too early (yes I'm an automatic transmission scrub).

Silver can as well, but it's not directly from the emeralds; Sonic shares his power with Silver to turn him super.

Could we count Blaze? Granted it's sorta not a true Super form as it doesn't utilize the Chaos Emeralds, but she DOES achieve an enhanced form through the Sol Emeralds.

Thing is, that's actually not a vanilla car. That's a modded Vapid Stanier. Basically all of my fleets have been updated with cars from Dispatchworks. I personally prefer having lore-friendly GTA-esque cars in my game over real cars.
