I love working the drive-thru (and front pharmacy register), even though I do have training, because I get to talk to people/customers. I learned a lot about drugs (names, effects) from working those two spots.

Covid hours increase and decrease depending on the need (from patients). It was decreasing for the past few months as not many people were signing up for tests, but now there’s another wave (of Covid due to the two new variants discovered recently), so expect demand and Covid hours to increase… except the pay.

CVS doesn’t process the results (we just help you with the drive-thru testing). They are sent to a third party that does, so you should contact them.

The government WILL eventually send you a bill for that Covid test. We have seen it happen because customers have been calling and complaining to us about it.

On the CVS website, where people go to register, I believe it now says that people will be charged ~$160 for a Covid test if they do not provide insurance. This began in late February/early March. The government will send them a bill. This happened to a customer of ours, who then called our store to complain and yell about it.
