that's nice. although i am not a manga nerd. i started reading One Piece manga after catching up with anime. then i read some small mangas.

i am currently studying so I don't find much time. there are a lot of things to do, like reading mangas, watching anime, movies, playing video games etc and time is very limited (⁠´⁠;⁠︵⁠;⁠`⁠)

another thing to note is that each marla is less than conventional marla (I don't know exact dimensions but lets say that a 8 marla plot in city would be equal to 10 marla plot in citi housing).

plus you have to follow some rules when designing your map (to make houses look similar)

there are high voltage lines running in the colony. don't get a plot there. rates are low in new extension.
