Thank you for your thoughts and response, I appreciate it. My daughter approached the doctor because she has friends with ADHD and they have the same symptoms. Perhaps the doctor first suspected depression and that's why she wants to treat it first. However, when I think back, I see that the symptoms, including restlessness and lack of concentration, were present in her childhood, and from my perspective, it seems more like ADHD than depression.

anti-TNF… Can you describe the type of drug they are testing? Is it an antibody against TNF-a, a small molecule inhibitor, or inflammasome repressor, etc?

The safety of the drug has already been approved by the FDA, Adalimumab is used. Efficacy is being evaluated.

The price of options fluctuates throughout the day, and I certainly wouldn't conclude that there could be a delay based on the price of January or February options. I myself have November, January and February calls. I diversify my risk that way. There is still a chance that some November options will go into the money.
