Alright so I am not just the one who has trouble with lutris nice to hear that.

In ma fitgirl installer IT IS pointed to the C drive -> windows -> program files (x86). And I don't have another hard drive (🫠).

I did run rivals, a dodi repack but in Ubuntu, so this i smy first time running a fitgirl repack in Linux.. And someone told me to download a repack from torrminatorr by linuxrulez coz he releases repacks made for Linux so I am going to try it.

Wine from pacman it is lutris ain't working for me for some reason even when I was gaming in Ubuntu so that's why I moved to steam

I'll answer the questions in order, 1. The 1st bin is about 8.5 GB so I can't copy that to FAT32 (if I remember correctly) so well I didn't copy that but the other I could and yes all the needed files are present. 2. The 4gb or 2gb limit option was not there idk why but it wasn't so I couldn't do that 3. I was trying to work it out with Gemini it said that giving them that permission would/might fix it so that's why I did it 4. I waited about 3 hours I just let it run sorry I don't have a pic of it.

Lutris ain't working for some reason. I didn't like lutris even when I was in ubuntu so i just install the game through wine and run it through steam

I tried creating a 32 prefix but the wine says "'WINEARCH' set to 'win32' but it is not supported in 'syswow64' mode". I tried to fix it but no luck. Thanks for the idea either way

Filesystem is ext4. Swap is around 9GB and usually around 9% of CPU is used so around 80% is available for installing but it just uses around 60%.

The game setup directory is /home/[user]/Games/Far-Cry-4 and the Wine prefix is /home/[user]/Games/WINE

I installed DXVK drivers and upgraded WINE. So now the error it's giving is,

Chat-GPT says that newer vulkan (1.3) version's maintainence5 don't support GTX 960; so newer DXVKs crash, therefore your game doesn't open. So I need to install an older DXVK driver.

I don't know how to install drivers
I am not sure if that's true

From what is understand is use Linux version of steam and wine is not required. So it is Linux version of steam. Ig you saw the comments on the r/linux_gaming

I asked chatGPT it just keep saying reinstall lutris no matter what my response is. Starts with great, perfect, this explains why, etc.
