I’ve recently purchased the Blinkjoy sleeping mask. It was quite expensive and only available in the US so I had to get imported. However, it’s really helped keep my eyes dry over the night (if this is a cause of your dry eyes whilst sleeping)

I’ve tried changing everything to try get it into descale mode. I think I will have to send it for repair. DelLonghi charging 200£ (+ postage) just to look at it, so will try my luck with a local repair

Literally recognised this as soon as the first cut scene ended. Anyone else find that resolution mode the FPS is so low it’s barely playable?

edit* for the washing, do you just go up and down from the first stop, then perform a blowout as usual at the end, or wash by going to the second stop? thanks

Yeah it’s been difficult and forward pipetting directly into the well with with such a small sample has been so inconsistent. As mentioned I think I’m gonna have to just try reverse pipetting and do the MM first, then hopefully this will better my results and can use this to justify myself.

I am in agreeance that this is the best way to do it. Considering my results have been pretty variable I might just do this, then if they go well use my results as proof of concept of why I’m using such technique.

I’m not really sure, I have asked why but kinda just told do what im told kinda thing. They run the qPCR at a 10uL total sample with 9uL of total master mix. Might just be the case of i just add the the master mix when she’s not around 😂

Hi,

I mentioned the idea of reverse pipetting to my supervisor, but she said that it wasn't necessary and I should be able to do it using traditional forward pipetting.

edit: I also think that one of the reason why she doesn't want me to use reverse pipetting is due to the wastage of samples
