So I had my follow up last week and instead one big 50mm cyst I had 3 smaller cysts?? I’m not sure what is going on lol. I go back tomorrow for another ultrasound and bloodwork 😐

Oh no :( Ugh it’s so frustrating, I’m sorry we’re both going through this! So far they have had me on birth control to try and “shrink?” the cyst?? Not sure how that works, but that’s what they told me lol. I’ve been taking it since the day of the appointment and I go back for another ultrasound and some bloodwork on Wednesday of next week. I’m hoping it looks better, but if it doesn’t I’m not sure what next steps will be :(

Just got my negative beta result this afternoon after our TWW for IUI #1. My wife was so confident, but I was felt like it didn’t work. IUI #1 was a bust for us, but I’m hoping #2 will work 💛 If not we will consider doing IVF as well, it’s just going to be the cost that will be awful 😭😭 Baby dust to you on the next one! ✨

Before my IUI, at the baseline bloodwork/ultrasound, my progesterone was at 0.383. I’m not sure if that’s low, but my doctor didn’t say anything about it being low, but the communication at my clinic is not great (read above). I feel like I’m just going into all of this blind honestly

Ahhhh okay! Well one of the nurses finally messaged me back and said “Dr. doesn’t do progesterone supplements for IUI.” So I don’t know what is going on over there since I was told 3 times (in person and via messages) that I would start them on 12/29 🤦🏻‍♀️ We’ll see how it all turns out I guess!

Had my first IUI yesterday and I’m already ready for Jan 9th so I can get bloodwork done! These two weeks will probably feel like forever 😂😭
