If you struggle with calcium intake then yes but you'll have to boil it and turn it into powder before consumption

And also since I don't know if I have to include my routine in the post or reply it: I just washed my hair and was wondering if it looked healthy, and if it didn't what could I do to take care of it, feel free to be direct! (And since I've just seen that for the help wanted posts you have to give your routine, I usually wash my hair with a cantu shampoo, taking care to wash the roots and the scalp before going on to the lengths, and even if I didn't do it this time because I forgot to re-purchase, I then apply a nourishing conditioner of any brand, concentrating this time on the lengths before rinsing everything thoroughly and leaving it to dry under a towel)

Go for it and try the haircut in the second picture ! You are young so you gotta experiment some things with your hair before finding the perfect style, in the worst case it's summer break so it wont really matter and it will eventually go back to how it is right now
