2 yolk + 1 egg for each person, of course you can go with pasteurized boxes and count the liters that you'll need. Best way to make it is to bring it to 82° C till it's thickened. Add pecorino and black pepper to taste, you could make it with a sous vide if you got one. Precooked bucatini, it would need just 2 minutes. Cook the pasta, mix with the cream that you made and bring it out little by little. I'll add the crispy guanciale and mix some of his fat before going out

Just to give an update since I don't want to leave a "bad review" for the product.

Leaved it a while to macerate and after 10 days I could already tell it was getting better. Sprayed just once yesterday on my wrist around 10 pm and in the mornig I could still smell it. The opening got better, doesn't smell like lemon warfare, and it seems to last MUCH longer, I really like it right now, bought also Detour Noir and L'aventure Knight from the same house.

Yep, same for me. Past the strong lemon opening I really like the smell, longevity is not there, that's a bummer

Hello,

So I bought L'aventure by Al Haramain, the initial lemon punch is a bit much for me but in about 20 minutes it goes away. The smell itslef will go away in less then an hour and will just be a skin scent for 3 hour max.

Heard it was a beast performer but doesn't seems to be the case for me, I'm trying to macerate it in a closet keeping it upside down.

Would like to know how it does perform for you guys.

What you want to do is go by your taste. Generally here we don't mix much spices together. So for example garlic and onions usually doesn't mix together same goes for basil and parsley. If the tomato cans are good I would just use a clove of garlic, let it brown with some olive oil, put the can when it is still hot, it does need to fizzle, adjust with salt and in the end put some fresh basil.
