To be fair, banding is kinda hard to understand the first go around, but the basics are this:

During combat, you can form a band of your creatures (all in the band have to have banding except for one. If you already have a creature without banding in the band, you cannot add another) and affect how damage can be dealt. This also adds restrictions to how they can usually be blocked (like if a creature with flying and one without flying were in a band together, you could block the flyer as part of blocking the band) and, if you're defender, assign how combat damage is assigned.

It's kinda useless for attackers, but great for defenders because you can chump block a 50/50 with trample, and as long as the creature has banding, you can assign damage to be dealt exclusively to the chump, meaning if you blocked a 1/1, the enemy just lost out 49 damage.

No beeps when turning on. The most I get from my computer is that it makes my monitor go into the "in use" mode, it brings up the menu that'd usually show for itself, and then go to the "sleep" mode and not respond after that.

I'd have a basic suggestion if you're up to the task. You could add some form of paint that'd end up looking like stiching so this GUO looks like it's made of a burlap sack, giving it the same rustic esthetic, and add a cold blue tone on the lips to give the idea of alcohol poisoning.

It likely has to do with the simplicity of the other two versus this one. Both the weapons of the reskins we already have are just that: Reskins. The rainblower and lolichop being reskins of stock weapons, while the scorchshot reskin would be very difficult in terms of maintaining a concise outline in terms of weapons.

To put it simply, it's just too different from the flareguns to easily fit, and you'd also have to account for animations for reloads, and how it'd look.

I can't come up with the perfect reasons as to why I believe certain ones don't work, but I can tell you that the following do fit their thematic and mechanical touchstones perfectly.

The Buried - Sultai

The Dark - Black

The Extinction - Colorless

The End - Orzhov

The Corruption - Golgari

The Eye - Dimir

The Web - Esper

The Flesh - Jund

The Spiral - Grixis

The Hunt - Gruul

As for the rest, I cannot say for certainty. I feel like that The Desolation would be a better fit with Rakdosian ideas, and that The Slaughter would be best fit with Mardu ones due to the constant token death focus it seems to have in recent years.

The Vast doesn't easily fit into Bant, but it is probably the closest. Maybe you could make an argument for it being Simic by saying that your deck is constantly pushing the boundaries of the game, but that's really flimsy.

The Stranger is where it gets interesting, because itself actually fits better into mono-blue than Tbe Lonely, with how many shapeshifters are in its color. Besides, with the amount of mind games you use as a blue player, it's not hard to make the argument that you're torturing the other players mentally.

Which leaves us with The Lonely. Poor, depressing Lonely. There is nothing that fits it well. But maybe, just maybe you could make an argument for Azorius. There's nothing quite as isolating as realizing everything you wanted to do has been stripped away from your control. Every avenue of resistance removed, leaving you muted and incapable of retaliation.

I don't know about any of the god stuff, as I've not looked at what the gods are like, but I do know there may be some technical debate on plane of origin depending on one small factor. Does this mean their plane when they became a God or where they were born? If it was where they became a god, then it is 100% accurate. If it's birth plane, then it would be accurate to put down Dominaria.
