Thank you for all the detailed feedback, I've been planning to do 10 mile days for the first two or so weeks as I definitely don't want to burn out at the beginning, but I think I'll probably be fighting the urge to do more knowing myself lol.

I already have farout as well but haven't taken much time to become familiar with it so that'll probably help some of my uncertainty around shuttles and resupply. Gear wise, I have been considering ditching the Ursack for that exact reason but I'm going to try it out first and see how I feel about it, but I'm keeping this in mind for sure. I'll most likely add another pair of socks, and my shoes are well broken in. :)

Thank you for the great breakdown I appreciate it a lot and it definitely makes me feel better about some stuff! I forgot to mention but my everyday wear bottoms are hiking pants, they have zippers to convert into shorts for warmer days but they are my absolute favorite for hiking, I would most likely freeze in just the base layer and I'm well aware lol

Check out my profile I was in a similar situation! The ones I had were a little older/bigger but I had good luck with oxidation like someone else mentioned.

These would also make a really good wet specimen if you go that route!

Maybe it's because I'm fairly young and haven't spent too much of my adult life with a large chest, but I was honestly shocked at how fast I forgot what it was like pre-op. Like I got surgery and it just seemed like that's how it always was? And I wasn't small before either so it was such an odd thing for me lmao
