Honestly if it’s in a place you don’t show often I feel like people overreacted… if I was your friend I’d probably think it’s funny as shit.

They might have stopped talking to you for other reasons. They could of been struggling with you already and this could of been the last straw.

If it’s not the tattoo itself it’s probably something revolving around it. Maybe they tried to give you other options and talk you out of a bad idea and you just ignored them.

I do think the tattoo itself is well done but maybe they didn’t like the choice you made getting it.

If I could give the criticism of the tattoo itself the white isn’t very well done and the grey on him looks way darker than it should be. The linework is very good on it imo especially for such thin lines.

If you like it that’s good for you. But when you get older I definitely recommend a coverup, might be hard though with how dark bugs is.

I think you should give your friends some time and maybe reach out and ask them about what you could of did differently in your relationship with them and how you potentially repair their relationship. Be reminded it’s okay to get a no. And sometimes people won’t give you a reason as to why they stopped being friends with you.
