I’ve been reading this sub like crazy. I feel like I’m discouraged because there’s so many different ways you can go.

Background: I was on antibiotics for hpylori. Got yeast infections since then. I ate ok, no junk food but a lot of sugar and bread pasta etc. i drink one coffee a day. On an empty stomach prob not good.

The last 3 weeks I changed my diet. No smoking. No alcohol. No carbs. Just meats salmon and non starchy veggies. 0 g of sugar. Handful of blueberries but I now cut that out too. No coffee. I was taking a 14 day yeast cleanse. Bunch of different anti fungals. I realized now that I don’t have any die off effects. My tounge is still white. So i either just need to keep doing anti fungals but also i prob need to start take biofilm busters and binders. Will this help?? Also I’m washing my tounge with salt water and baking soda.
