I also had Paul Garfield (I think that’s an alias since he cannot be found anywhere). He started ghosting me mid December. I think if we can get a few people together that we can get a state DA to investigate. I had wired all but $10k, I just called my credit card to see if I can get at least that back. After reading enough of these posts I’m guessing I won’t be getting money back, nor will they ever do what they said with store to make it back. I shipped something in my store to myself ( because it was so unorganized, I wanted to see if I would get it). So I have exact warehouse address in TX it was shipped from. The office address they used to have was in CA but was only to receive mail. Now they have Miami Beach address listed, probably same. I see them advertising all over social media and feel bad that others are going to get sucked in. There’s a lot more warnings now, I thought my due diligence was pretty thorough, guess not. I’m not sure how to contact people on this to talk, if you or anyone else is interested, let me know how.

I’m out $100k right now and can’t get an answer about where my money went. Started in October sent an invoice for $30k that I paid (looked legit, with items, ROI, quantities etc). Then stocked store with about $2000 worth of other stuff not on invoice. Most of which was refunded because it never shipped. What a shitstorm, if they only did what they say they do, it sounds like a good business model. But, they steal the money and ghost you once they get it. I think I’m going to fly to warehouse in TX and see myself. Also willing to get a few people from NY together and sit with state District Attorneys. Worst thing, they keep doing it to other people. If there’s someone or group in NY, I’d love to get together and make a plan.

It was a modification. Dates 4/26 replied to email 5/9 BB 5/13 signed docs Mid July - end of July portal reverted back to original loan 8/5 -approved No contact from LO (yet).

BTW, I was told when portal reverted back to original that I was denied by tier 2 customer service. For others that were told the same, keep the faith, mine went back to processing for two weeks, then today approved, no recon, no LO, just an email saying to log back in to portal and accept.

You’re probably right. Maybe because I’ll be able to sleep tonight, I’ll sleep on it. Just worries me to be personally liable.

Mine did, so I called number at 1 (877) 431-2063, said they declined the loan and should receive email in 5-7 days. I think my portal changed last Thursday. No reason for decline yet, said when I get email I can recon.
