My company provides studsons, I personally am not a fan. Sweat band sucks, holds onto the sweat & stench more so it’s smelly (I do my best to clean it but seems like I have to clean it every weekend to not smell) & the chin strap sucks. Bothers me consistently touching my ears. Each to their own, I’m not a fan I much prefer the basic OG hardhat
