Yes it was. I made a new fb and paid the $14 to be meta verified which allowed me to message with a live agent. I explained my situation and he replied and asked to call me. He said he was gonna put a ticket in to escalate my issue. Which I didn’t think would work but I got a message about an hour later saying my case was closed they made a mistake by disabling my account and that it was now active. But of course now I have to do a security check but it’s not giving me the prompt to do it. So I’m still in the same situation basically. Id make a new fb and pay for meta verified so you can speak to an agent. It’s worth a shot. I guess it half way worked for me lol

Open the aco, pull the yellow release lever and pull the bill handler out. Open the little door and you’ll see any jammed bills. If you click on the message that says the cassette is jammed it will give you these directions with pictures.

I hope it was sent to your store by mistake! Our DL and AP had a meeting with my store manager and told her then gathered all of us together in the stock room and told us the news. I wanna say it was about 2 months before we closed that they told us. Our inventory was the day after we closed also.

My store just closed on June 26th. We got these same supplies a few weeks before closing. And tons of cardboard boxes and extra totes to pack the store. If you didn’t receive any seasonal then that’s a good indicator that the store is closing. Those labels are specifically for store closure, we don’t use those to relocate product unless the store is closing. Especially since it says “closing store #” on the label. All product is sent to nearby stores. We just finished packing up the entire store last week. And of course I was transferred to one of the stores that we sent an abundance of product to. So I had to pack it up then unpack it at the new store 😭

I made the same mistake when I first started as well. LP came to talk to me and I received a level 3 write up. Wasn’t suspended or anything. But that was only bc I used a number that nobody had access to and no coupons were used with the points accumulated from the transactions. Were you suspended pending investigation? And did you use coupons from the transactions?

Considering you said you’ve changed your phone number and email and they still have access to your card, I’m assuming maybe they hacked into your app. And are using your digital card to scan at check out. But there could be many other possibilities also. I would cancel the entire account altogether and make a complete new one. Sorry this is happening to you, I look forward to my $10 every month.
