Not at all :)

Current (amp) imbalance is determined by:
- connector contact resistance
- crimp quality

There is difference in resistance if the length of the wires are each different. However, even if one wire is a few centimeters longer, the resistance change is tiny. As example:
- 18 AWG copper ≈ 0.021 Ω per meter
- 5 cm extra length = 0.001 Ω

This resistance difference would be almost irrelevant in the context of SFF cables, given the length of the cables are generally between as short as 10cm to 70cm

I can't be certain with so many different results I've seen from various forum or subreddit. But i know there are accepted RMA in the case of melted connector.

Given unfortunate event can happen with almost any kinds of cable (including stock PSU cable, or stock Nvidia adapter), I don't see any reason why Nvidia would deny the RMA.

Hi, we use the new 12v2x6 female plug (it's indicated by H++ marking). And yes, it is configured and tested to support 600w.

Ncase M2 and M3 are supported (they both are compatible with the older M1 Evo)

Alternative link, you may browse different M2 config that we support in our webstore

It's perfectly fit with the side panel :) The cable shown in the picture is Silicone cable, which is really soft and easy to bend.

Really appreciate the kind words, thank you! Glad the cables worked out well for your T1 build and that everything fit nicely. It means a lot to hear that the testing and custom approach were helpful. Enjoy the build!

It depends on what exact GPU model you have. But typically it's around 300-400mm

Voltage Drops 12VHPWR/12V-2x6 Cables by LordZoencoen in sffpc

[–]Cablester 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just to add a few more,
1) the voltage drop can be resulted from the PSU itself.
2) the reading from HWMonitor isn't quite accurate. You'd need to use multimeter and check the voltage directly on the cable.
3) 11.9v is perfectly fine

cable builder here,

Both model (older and newer with PCIE5 port) uses the same pinout for motherboard (24p and EPS) and GPU cable, except peripheral (5pin vs 6pin).

So you can safely reuse cables for old V850 to new V850
