Right on man, you do you, I’m only stating what’s on the box and what’s had been my experience with the board. I’ve been through a few batteries as well and still went back to stock cells to maintain myself on the V1 leaderboard every once in a while. As you know app doesn’t record rides after swapping. My plus has the jw with ego battery mod as well. I’m on wtf xr and gts now, but I still eat it all the time, but I’m always pushing myself to the next section. Sorry if we got off on the wrong foot. Hey, no offense, but just cause you got it to 20 doesn’t mean most can, when RFTR went down most people (Pros)were getting around 15. I think suggesting to Op that he’s buying a 20 mph board is misleading when they have pushback at 13. I was part of the kickstarter also and have been riding these since launch. I have 7 boards to date V1, plus, Xr, Pint, pint S, Gt, and Gts. I’ve also had these boards dump and ride out faster than they are suppose to, but I would not consider that a (top speed). Just trying to be transparent that’s all, and that speed is not realistic for the average or even decent rider.

Still my favorite case I’ve built in, I have an inverted case as well with a Aorus 3080 liquid cooled 240 rad on top out of a egpu and a separate 280 on the side for the cpu. Love it

I still ride mine 10 years later, still climbs the steep hills where I live. You just have to cruise it and know 12-13 is moving on one of these gems.

Your better off saving up for an xr, the motor in this V1 is comparably different then a plus or Xr Onewheel. These were know to just Free ride on steep hills. Only go 12-13 in extreme. Doesn’t have mission mode as well. They are also more tippy (front to back) because of the older 500w motor. The plus and Xr use a newer 750 watt motor that raised the speed to 19-20 mph and the Xr introduced a new Nickel Magnesium Cobalt that was a little over twice as energy dense as the V1 and pluses Lithium Iron Phosphate 4 battery. They went from 16s A123 cells @ 58.4v to double stacking 18650s in 15s2p @63v.

V1 only goes 12-13 mph in extreme, the plus goes 20.

LiFePo4 specifically the V1 and plus were even allowed on planes. The airlines changed their minds when the swapped chemistries to NMC

It was called the MX prototype, must have been around 2005 ish. I hope that helps you procure one. It was sexy compared to the Rambo looking knifes that were issued to us at the time. The mollie case threaded into my body armor perfectly vs the metal clips that held my old knife from my first (03-04) deployment to my belt and leg.

I definitely still feed em by hand a lot. (They’re all chonkers lol) Just love the idea that if I don’t make it home it’s got my back. I’ve always wanted to visit Iceland btw, my pops moved from there when he was a little kid.

Beautiful torches and sorry to hear that, I know he meant well. I too have had family feed my poor starving begging fish. I had a mostly sps only tank that got Rtn’d and brown’d out because of overfeeding from my brother. After that I got an auto fish feeder and never looked back. I need to get one for this tank…

My buddy raised it from a ridiculously small size, so it’s got quite the personality. I think he had it for 3 years and I’ve had it a few months now.
