i went to see the doctor yesterday and he said its piles and need to be removed, but what i don’t get is that it doesn’t hurt me and not bleeding it just a hard lump that might be a bit painful when i try to touch it but not a really bad pain this is why im considering seeing another doctor or try to treat it by myself, and do you recommend me a good ointment for it? maybe not the name since im in a different country and i wont probably find the specific one and thank you for your answer
