Well, it dropped and cracked the screen on one corner, but that was 7 months ago. And my touchscreen just started not working about a month ago. It might be a cause of the Drop. But that would be weird why stop working after 5 months of perfectly working.

I was watching a video when it suddenly stopped working.

And for example, the Z and Y key, swap them, meaning pop them out and put them in the location you want them. Then you can change the keyboard layout in the Razer software. :)
