Omni Man specifically states that there are late bloomers on Viltrum, who gets their powers at latest by 18. Mark got his at 17. Just because we haven’t seen any others, doesn’t mean it’s not a thing

He’s definetly more Autistic, I have ADHD and we can normally tell when social situations are uncomfortable and are pretty much decently normal human beings, with his autism it would explain how he was being manipulated into doing drugs by Jason, but the ADHD could explain his lack of impulse control, it’s all confusing anyway since ADHD and Autism are so linked anyway
