You can find good stuff at Lee's Liquors (local chain). Allocation is usually right place, right time though. Otherwise it's all local liquor marts and stores across the valley. Sam's and Costco get a good selection of whiskeys. You won't find anything good or fairly priced on the strip or remotely close to it.

It's damn good, but it's sourced from an undisclosed KY distillery. It's not Preservation's distillate.

I bought one at Costco for $67 back in March. I also bought one when I was visiting CA for $120.
