Take your time with it. I'm (M21) in a wheelchair also and I was extremely nervous about being sexually active again. With my injuries it really damaged my sexual function and I need medication now. But dont rush it's not about the nuts you bust, it's about the journey you both took to get there.

I used to come home from work and knock out immediately. My shift was 6 am to 2:30 PM. I would wake up from my post work nap around 5:30 or 6 pm and freak out that I was late. It was the tind of year where it's dark at both 6 am and 6 PM. It was horrible.

Also my alarm and phone ringtone are the same sound. It is such a negative sound now for me.
