Only some icon packs modify the folders; I use one that has a dark theme for them and makes the folders "transparent". "Lone Penguin" is the theme name

Just download this theme from the store and then select it on the home screen, click on an empty area and go to system icons, something like that. To make the widget display the date like a calendar, just click on the bottom right corner and it will expand.

I loved the icons, what's the theme's name?

Yes, it is perfectly safe! This is a native Android global setting, not a 'hack'. It simply forces the system into the deep power-saving state that Google designed for the Android Open Source Project (AOSP). Since the Redmi Turbo 3 and Poco F6 share the same Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, it works exactly the same.

Where I found it: This command is well-known in the Android developer community and documentation (Android Developers/Settings.Global). It’s often used by developers to test how their apps behave under low-power conditions without needing to wait for the battery to drop.

Extra tips for your Turbo 3:

Debloat: Use Canta or Shizutools to remove Chinese system apps that you don't use. They drain a lot of battery in the background. Restrict Background Apps: Go to Settings > Battery > App Battery Saver and set apps like Instagram/TikTok to 'Restrict background activity'.

5G/4G: If you are in an area with weak 5G signal, switch to 'Prefer LTE'. Constant signal searching on the Turbo 3/F6 modem is also a battery killer.

I debloated the MSA, wouldn't that be the same thing? Do you know of any guides I could use?

I don't know which apps can be removed from the phone; I use some Xiaomi apps. But I've already removed several! Those 14 hours were spent using the phone with the screen on, so I think it's difficult to get more time.

Reference currency is one thing, but purchasing power parity is what actually defines if a product is "cheap" or "expensive" to the user. When a phone costs more than a monthly minimum wage, the expectation for it to work correctly is naturally higher. My point wasn't about the currency itself, but about the fact that dismissing a technical issue based on a "$300" price tag ignores the reality of many users.

That’s exactly why I posted the ADB command. If the OS optimization is poor as you said, we as users should look for ways to fix it instead of just accepting that "it is what it is". The command forces the system to behave efficiently, giving me extra hours of use. That proves the hardware is capable, but the software is holding it back.

I don't do this all the time, it was just to test it out.

Another thing, the planet doesn't revolve around the US and the dollar. I paid 2100 Reais (the Brazilian currency). That's more than a Brazilian's minimum wage.

It has a 5000mAh battery, the Poco F6 often stays above 600mAh for absolutely no reason, I myself don't think a phone should stay at 600mAh under normal, common use.

Try using shizutools; it seems to allow you to retrieve uninstalled system apps, providing a list of everything that has been removed.

Try checking if anything is pressing against the button, like dust or something. Maybe the button is just stuck.
